These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by RockelFort Technologies Ltd (“RockelFort”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including but not limited to www.rockelfort.com, one.rockelfort.com, and financial.rockelfort.com (collectively the “Services”).
By creating an account or using any of the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use any RockelFort service.
- Business accounts (financial.rockelfort.com) must be registered by an authorised representative of a legally incorporated entity.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing financial data platforms is prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@rockelfort.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Individual Platform (one.rockelfort.com)
3.1 Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Individual platform. No payment details are required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. If you do not subscribe, your account will revert to limited free access.
3.2 Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
- Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of any billing date for monthly plans, or within 14 days for annual plans, subject to fair use assessment.
3.3 Acceptable Use
- RockelFort market indicators and educational content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
- You must not resell, redistribute, or scrape any content, data, or signals from the platform.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or indicator algorithms.
4. Business Platform (financial.rockelfort.com)
4.1 Tenant Registration
Business entities may register as a “Tenant” on financial.rockelfort.com. Each Tenant is assigned a fully isolated data environment. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring all data uploaded complies with applicable data protection and financial regulations.
4.2 Data Uploads
- You may upload Excel, CSV, PDF, and JSON files containing financial data for AI analysis.
- By uploading data you warrant that you have the legal right to share that data with our platform for processing purposes.
- We will process uploaded data solely to return analysis and advisory outputs to your account. We will not use, sell, or share Tenant data for any other purpose.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you upload.
4.3 Advisory Outputs
All AI-generated advisory reports, EBITDA calculations, regime analyses, and related outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, or CFA Institute-endorsed analysis. RockelFort is not a registered financial adviser. Users are responsible for their own investment and business decisions.
4.4 Business Pricing
Business plans are custom-quoted based on number of users, data volume, and required advisory scope. Pricing is agreed in a written Order Form, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- All software, AI models, indicator algorithms, educational content, branding, and design of the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of RockelFort Technologies Ltd.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as intended during your subscription period.
- You retain all rights to data and content you upload to the platform.
- Any AI-generated reports or analyses delivered to you are licenced for your internal business use only and may not be resold or publicly distributed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that market data, indicators, or AI advisory outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free. Financial markets are inherently unpredictable and past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockelFort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, business losses, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us during that period.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Using the platform for market manipulation, insider trading, or any illegal financial activity.
- Systematically scraping, downloading, or exporting market data for redistribution.
- Impersonating another person, company, or RockelFort representative.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in the European Union in which case you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
