RockelFort Technologies Ltd (“RockelFort”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates www.rockelfort.com, one.rockelfort.com (individual trading platform), and financial.rockelfort.com (B2B financial advisory platform). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with these services.
By using any RockelFort platform you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account registration: Name, email address, password (hashed), country of residence.
- Business registration (B2B tenants): Company name, registered address, VAT/tax identifier, contact details, and authorised user list.
- Financial data uploads (B2B only): Excel, CSV, PDF, or JSON files uploaded by tenants. This data is stored in a fully isolated tenant vault and is never accessed by RockelFort staff except for support purposes with explicit written consent.
- Trading notes: Any notes, watchlists, or annotations you create within the platform.
- Payment information: Processed via our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). RockelFort does not store card numbers.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Pages visited, session duration, and navigation patterns (via first-party analytics).
- Market data interactions — which instruments, indicators, or educational content you access.
1.3 Information from third parties
- Market data providers (Bloomberg, exchange APIs) used to deliver indicators — no personal data is shared with these providers.
- Identity verification partners if required by applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve our platforms and AI advisory features.
- To personalise your experience (watchlists, recommended education, indicator preferences).
- To send transactional communications (account activation, billing receipts, important service updates).
- To send marketing emails — only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To process AI/ML analysis on uploaded data (B2B tenants only) and return advisory outputs.
- To detect fraud, protect account security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use B2B tenant financial data to train AI models. Tenant data is used solely to compute and return the analysis you requested.
3. Data Isolation for B2B Tenants
Each registered business tenant on financial.rockelfort.com is assigned a dedicated, cryptographically isolated data vault. Data uploaded by Tenant A is mathematically inaccessible to Tenant B, to RockelFort staff, or to any third party. Access to tenant data within RockelFort is restricted to automated AI processing pipelines. No human employee can read raw tenant financial data without a formal incident response process and the tenant's written authorisation.
4. Data Retention
- Individual accounts: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
- B2B tenant data: Retained for the duration of the business contract plus 30 days, then permanently deleted from all systems including backups.
- Anonymised analytics: Aggregated usage data with no personal identifiers may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
5. Data Security
- AES-128 encryption for all data at rest.
- TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
- Multi-factor authentication supported on all accounts.
- Regular penetration testing and security audits.
- Azure-hosted infrastructure with SOC2-aligned controls.
- All employees with data access are subject to strict NDAs and background checks.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session management, CSRF protection) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand aggregate platform usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).

- Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.

RockelFort is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, which may involve processing in multiple geographic regions including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and United States. All transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
9. Children's Privacy
Our platforms are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately at privacy@rockelfort.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and post an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
